Wah Gwan JA Restaurant and Lounge was created by Master Chef Frederick "Freddy" Roberts, whose love for Jamaican cuisine and culture is deeply rooted in his heritage. Freddy has spent years perfecting his craft, blending the bold flavours of traditional Jamaican dishes with a modern twist to delight taste buds around the world.
